Secondary Pulp and Paper Inc. focuses on the trading of "Off Quality" Pulp and Paper Products.

From our head office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada all purchases are made with the Seller's requirements in mind. Since Secondary Pulp and Paper Inc. buys primarily "Off Quality" products, we ensure that all materials purchased do not compete with the Prime Products that are normally produced by the Seller. This is done by selling materials purchased into markets that are not normally utilized by the Seller in their day-to-day business dealings. Also, the name of the manufacturer is never disclosed to the consumer. All materials are sold as Secondary Pulp and Paper Inc.'s own material.

Our business philosophy is that we offer a quality service that allows Pulp and Paper Producers an outlet for their "Off Quality" materials that is discreet, efficient and cost effective. When materials are purchased by Secondary Pulp and Paper Inc., we handle all the aspects of the purchase (i.e. financing, letters of credit, warehousing, freight and ….) through to the delivery of goods to the consumer.
